Some girls are bag people, some shoe people; personally I love a good handbag and would much rather invest in a gorgeous bag than in heels that look amazing but I definitely can’t walk in! If you’ve got to carry it around all day every day it might as well be stunning! What do you think?

So it appears that Jessie J’s been taking style tips from me!

The self confessed tights addict stole the show on last nights Britains Got Talent Semi Finals in a pair of Marlene Wolford Tights (sent to her directly from Tights Please yesterday morning!) and a pair of court shoes, which she decided to take off during her performance. I also wore a pair of Wolford Marlene Tights with Court Shoes on Sunday night and I also decided to take off my shoes, only I didn’t have anyone to pick them up after I took them off, resulting in a pair of rather expensive birthday shoes floating around a taxi in Manchester. Tragic loss.

However prior to loosing my shoes the Marlene Wolford Tights looked sensational with a pair of court shoes, Jessie J, or her stylist at least, certainly agreed as she wore the the seductive pair of Wolford Tights with a pair of black patent court shoes too!

So Eliza Doolittle forgot to wear a pair of trousers at the Olympic Event. Not literally, I’m sure (I hope) that someone would have told her. Instead she, very bravely, chose to wear a pair of nude fishnet tights.

I’m not saying that you’re going to spot me in ASDA wearing a pair fuscia pink knickers and saucy fishnet tights any time soon but I think she looks quite funky. However if you’re not planning on collecting any awards any time soon but still like the idea of fishnet tights try teaming a pair with a fitted midi skirt. If you’re not Eliza Doolittle or Lady Gaga anything above the knee can give off the wrong impression especially during the day.

Festivals are the exception to this rule: Denim Shorts and fishnet tights can look very rock and roll …! Festival go-ers … it’s not long! Shop for your festival hosiery now!

Looking to fill someone’s bondage leggings Kate?

So Cheryl Coles plane had barely touched tarmac across the pond (according to all sources it need not have bothered) and it seems Jordan, who we all know is desperate for Chezza’s popularity, is already trying to steal her identity in a pair of leggings imitating Cheryl Coles!

In a pair of ill fitting bondage style leggings Katie Price stepped out pairing them with a plain black basic oversized t-shirt and peep shoe ankle boots she’s winning no style points from me I’m afraid.

The Strap Around Tights style is still very much alive, or REEM for those Essex Fans out there. I’ve had numerous requests for them from Bloggers, Fashion Stylists to the stars and Fashion Assistants from the exclusive monthlies to the fashion weeklies. Just please make sure that they fit around your legs properly which you’re guaranteed to achieve with a pair of Pamela Mann Strap Around Tights, but not so promising in a baggy pair of leggings.

My love of Lady Gaga died after her second album. Not only was it overplayed on the radio, it was overplayed at home too … Bex from Lingerieplease really likes her music. Gemma, our buying assistant, Bex and I live together just like one big Lingerie/Tightsplease family. I digress; so I lost interest in Gaga. That was until I saw her on The Graham Norton Show and my faith/love of Lady Gaga returned! I loved her dry sense of humour almost as much as I loved her crazy outfits. You’ve got to admit, not many could pull of such wild outfits … which brings me on nicely to today’s outfit: Fishnet Black Stockings over Fishnet Tights with strategically placed black leather pieces and gold chains.

It’s a creative way of wearing fishnet black stockings and fishnet tights. I must admit that It’s never crossed my mind to wear the two together. It’s one of my oldest friends (not old age; known her a long time) Hen Party on Saturday and the theme’s black, I wonder if I could pull this off … what do you think?
