Just when I felt Wolford could do no more to impress, they released their new Autumn/Winter 2009/10 collection. Apart from the usual basics that are fabulous as ever, they have two new products that are set to cause a stare. The new Loella and Saraphine products are astonishing diamond inspired tights that are frosted with tiny crystals, taking on the same effect as diamonds.18733_001_10MB
Whist both tights are different: the Loella tights are black sheers that have tiny sequins scattered evenly throughout. Whilst the Saraphine are fishnet’s that are frosted with small crystals on each cross. They both have their similarities, with the major being the fact they are £64.99!!
It is not questionable that these tights are beautiful and high quality but are they really worth £64.99? Wolford are renowned as a designer hosiery brand so they could be compared to spending £1000 on a Mulberry bag when you are well aware the one in Topshop is very similar at the fraction of the cost.

As its nearly Novemeber, you can literally count the events that are coming up. You have halloween, bonfire night, Christmas parties and the over anticapted New Year’s eve. We think all these events are the perfect reason to stock up on your party tights. Events such as halloween and bonfire night often call for thick snuggly tights that will keep you smiling even if there is snow on the ground. For events such as a party or firends birthday, fishnets can be a great alternative to wearing your legs bare.

The great thing about buying accessories like tights in advance is that you manage to get plenty of wear out of them. Tights can be a great items to buy an outfit around if you ever need any help. Rich burgundy colours are in fashion at the moment so by getting a pair of tights in this colour you know they will go great with darker shades such as charcoal grey and chocolate brown, so this may give you a push in the right direction!
