We <3 Tartan!

With celebs recently all being spotted wearing tartan prints, it’s safe to say that the trend is back! Favourite names such as Fearne Cotton, Victoria Beckham and Tulisa have all worn the print this season which came back into fashion after catwalks such as Alexander McQueen and Burberry Prorsum featured tartan.

What better way to invest in this trend than with some tartan tights? TOWIE Star Looks Fierce

Everyone’s favourite Essex girl Amy Childs was pictured today heading to the This Morning studio wearing slashed leopard print leggings.

The TOWIE star looked gorgeous in the printed leggings, a black leather jacket and aviator sun glasses. The leggings really showed off her fabulous legs and tones shaped; with the front sheer slashed panels making her look sexier and that little bit different.

Pamela Mann are one of our most popular brands. I deal with them on a regular basis when the fashion assistants from our favourite fashion magazines call in Pamela Mann products, to use for photo shoots. Our buyers deal with them on a daily basis too.

You might not know this, but Pamela Mann also manufacture for some of the biggest names on the high street too. So when we got an invite to visit behind the scenes, we jumped at the opportunity!

Browsing through thousands (if you don’t believe us check out the photos) of styles. What I found most impressive was how they created their studded tights: every single stud is hand pressed to the tights!!! I’m the world’s most impatient person, so I was quite stunned to hear this!

The arrival of Chanel’s Two Tones, McQueen’s stripes and Henry Holland’s Mock Stocks has created a bit of drama in the fashion world! Parading your pins in the most radical embellished, coloured prints seems to be the way ahead in terms of getting you noticed as the hot tot this winter! Most importantly it’s a lot cheaper way of updating your transitional wardrobe. Listed below are my favourites, best sellers and ones to watch in future months.

1.A bit Dotty? Charnos Sheer Mini Spot Tights: These sold out in a week!! Cheep, sexy and subtle, great if you want to change your plain sheer look with a delicate   approach!

2.Henry Holland Alphabets! My favourite out of the collection, beautifully sheer and amazingly fashionable at only £10.00.

3.Jonathan Aston Argyle Knee High Tights- Love, Love, Love! Look great with a mini, boots big scarf and trench for a super-cool grunge look. These really transform an outfit!

4.Cette Viginia Tights- These are the cutest piece of hosiery we have had, lace with a difference, it curls around your ankle like a bracelet effect at the bottom.

5.Le Bourget Gypsy Tights- Amazing quality (I know they are £20) but they really look fab for a casual everyday look to revamping the old black dress!

6.Le Bourget Malansac Tights- Shhhushhh!! It’s the Chanel ones! OMG no one will tell the difference.

7.Levante Argyle Semi Opaque Knee High Socks- These look really cool over jeggings (also cheep) and some cute little courts. Little changes that make a big difference !

Quick Fashion Fix!

Hosiery trends have well and truly found their rightful place on the catwalk this autumn/winter with many designers experimenting with a wide range of patterns and embellishments. Patterned and printed tights are great for making an old outfit look new! Fashion magazines are always on the hunt for accessories that can transform an outfit from day to night.
You can wear patterned hosiery with a little black dress or even show a fashionable flair with an office outfit, although beware as they may attract some unwanted attention from colleagues!
