Hosiery trends have well and truly found their rightful place on the catwalk this autumn/winter with many designers experimenting with a wide range of patterns and embellishments. While Alexander McQueen and Mark Jacobs wow the crowd with lengthening stripes that seem to incorporate the whole outfit in one. 
Doo Ri and Emanuel Ungaro go sequin mental, bringing a well needed injection of glam and sparkle to our wardrobe. Here at tights please, we take particular interest in other fashion blogs and celebrity style so you can imagine the excitement on our faces when gossip girl first came out. Gossip girl is narrated by an anonymous blogger who spreads juicy gossip that causes a lot of drama round their private school.
Gossip Girl is one of the biggest programmes at the moment, the show’s star Leighton Meester was spotted on the set of the show in fabulous thick white tights worn with a white and black coat and a matching red bag and phone.
